How much time does delivery take?
We dispatch the order the same day of confirmation. On option of your liking, we dispatch the parcel to the delivery partners. Some delivery partners charge extra for instant delivery and may deliver in one to two days. Meanwhile, a regular order takes somewhere around three to five days.
What are the delivery charges?
Depending on the weight of the parcel, delivery charges are decided accordingly. Rest assured, we first declare all the charges then dispatch.
Can I return the product?
You can return the product if not received the same as asked. In case you did not like the product, you can exchange it. We expect you to reach out to us instantly. Sadly, we don’t entertain returns or exchanges after 3 days.
What if the product is damaged?
If you identify a problem with the product received, get in touch with our customer support within the first 2 days of delivery. We recommend always making an unboxing video. This ensures a smooth process for returns and exchange.
Do you show pictures of products before confirming the order?
Yes, contact us, and we will send you small clips or images on your request.
Can I cancel my order due to a change of mind?
Yes you can as long as it has not been given to our delivery partners.
