Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy
If there is a defect or a technical issue with your product, you may exchange or return your watch within 10 days from the date of purchase. Returns are subject to Reflexions Store’s discretion.
Please note that “Change of mind” or “Disliking a watch” will not be accepted as a reason for return and exchange. You can ask for video clips and images before confirming your order to avoid any unpleasant situation.
Your total refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping. Some products may be considered special and have a limited return policy.
To avoid rejection of returned products, all purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if given), and packing materials must be in new condition.
Products are eligible for Return and Exchange if:
- Products are returned within 10 Days from he Date of Purrchase.
- Products are in new condition (unused).
- Products are in their original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged.
- Products include all packing material, manuals, and accessories (as provided).
- Shipped via insured ground service with a tracking number.
- Please note that:
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer if the return flyer is lost.
- Reflexions Store is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Warranty card provided by Reflexions Store is mandatory to claim warranty.
- Reflexions Store is responsible to refund only product cost in case of return is accepted.
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Bands, Straps, and bracelets.
- Battery.
- Glass.
- Exposed crystals and other embellishments.
- Damage (including water damage) as a result of accidents, poor care, and normal wear and tear.
- Scratches or any wear or tear
- Broken product
Exchange or refund will NOT be applicable if:
- You have changed your mind and decided you don’t want the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Reflexions Store reserves the right to refuse any return if there are:
- Any signs of wear.
- Parts of the item are missing, including tags, manuals, bags, or other materials (if provided).
- Any damage to the product or packaging.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages when receiving your purchase, or if the wrong item was delivered, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
Product Images and Color Variations:
At Reflexions Store, we strive to provide accurate and detailed product information to assist our valued customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
To ensure there are no discrepancies, ask for the images, and we will send you the real time image and clip of the product.
